{"id":7987,"date":"2015-10-21T15:31:24","date_gmt":"2015-10-21T14:31:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agencia.linklabora.es\/?p=7987"},"modified":"2015-10-21T15:31:24","modified_gmt":"2015-10-21T14:31:24","slug":"guia-de-los-subsidios-por-desempleo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.linklabora.es\/agencia\/guia-de-los-subsidios-por-desempleo\/","title":{"rendered":"Gu\u00eda de los Subsidios por desempleo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linklabora.es\/agencia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/los-subsidios-por-desempleo1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7988\" src=\"https:\/\/www.linklabora.es\/agencia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/los-subsidios-por-desempleo1.jpg\" alt=\"los-subsidios-por-desempleo1\" width=\"550\" height=\"340\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.linklabora.es\/agencia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/los-subsidios-por-desempleo1.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.linklabora.es\/agencia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/los-subsidios-por-desempleo1-300x185.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El subsidio por desempleo es una ayuda econ\u00f3mica para los desempleados que hayan agotado la prestaci\u00f3n contributiva o no cumplan todas las condiciones para poder recibirla.\u00a0<\/strong>Adem\u00e1s, se exigen otras condiciones espec\u00edficas en cada modalidad de subsidio, como tener carencia de rentas, una determinada edad, responsabilidades familiares, etc.\u00a0\u00bfCu\u00e1les son los requisitos para solicitar un subsidio?. \u00a0Lo explicamos en cada caso.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un subsidio por desempleo?<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los distintos tipos de subsidios por desempleo\n<ul>\n<li>El subsidio por insuficiencia de cotizaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>La ayuda familiar<\/li>\n<li>El subsidio para mayores de 45 a\u00f1os<\/li>\n<li>El subsidio para mayores de 55 a\u00f1os (antes 52)<\/li>\n<li>Subsidio para emigrantes retornados<\/li>\n<li>Subsidio para liberados de prisi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>La renta agraria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Otras ayudas que no son subsidios\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las ayudas extraordinarias (PREPARA, RAI y PAE)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un subsidio por desempleo?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: justify;\">Todos los subsidios tienen un requisito que los diferencia de la\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><u><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citapreviainem.es\/la-prestacion-por-desempleo\/\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">prestaci\u00f3n contributiva<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><\/span>\u00a0(el paro), y es que quien solicita un subsidio no puede tener ingresos propios que superen un determinado l\u00edmite. \u00a0Es lo que se llama el \u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><u><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citapreviainem.es\/renta-maxima-paro\/\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u201crequisito de carencia de rentas\u201d<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><\/span>.<br \/>\nEn 2015 este l\u00edmite es de 486,45 euros mensuales de rentas del solicitante y de media por cada miembro de la unidad familiar, cuando as\u00ed lo contempla el tipo de subsidio. Por eso se dice que los subsidios son de<strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\">car\u00e1cter asistencial<\/strong>, es decir, no los puede recibir quien tenga suficientes ingresos propios.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los distintos tipos de subsidios por desempleo<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: justify;\">Existen distintas clases de subsidios, en funci\u00f3n de las circunstancias personales (cotizaciones, edad, responsabilidades familiares, etc).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-style: inherit; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><u><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citapreviainem.es\/subsidio-por-insuficiencia-de-cotizacion\/\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">1. El subsidio por insuficiencia de cotizaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: justify;\">Es un subsidio para quienes no tienen cubierto el periodo de cotizaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima de 360 d\u00edas. Si se tienen cotizados 3 meses, con responsabilidades familiares, o seis meses sin ellas, se puede solicitar esta ayuda\u00a0<u><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citapreviainem.es\/subsidio-por-insuficiencia-de-cotizacion\/\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">( + informaci\u00f3n)<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/u><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-style: inherit; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><u><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citapreviainem.es\/ayuda-familiar\/\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">2. El subsidio para mayores de 45 a\u00f1os<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: justify;\">Ayuda para quienes han agotado la prestaci\u00f3n contributiva por desempleo y tienen 45 o m\u00e1s a\u00f1os y no tienen responsabilidades familiares\u00a0<a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citapreviainem.es\/subsidio-mayores-de-45-anos\/\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">(\u00a0+ informaci\u00f3n)<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-style: inherit; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citapreviainem.es\/subsidio-mayores-55-anos\/\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">4. S<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">ubsidio para emigrantes retornados<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Subsidio para los inmigrantes que regresan a Espa\u00f1a desde paises sin convenio bilateral de desempleo con Espa\u00f1a o bien que no pertenezcan al Espacio Econ\u00f3mico Europe<\/span>o\u00a0<a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citapreviainem.es\/ayudas-a-emigrantes-retornados\/\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">(+informaci\u00f3n)<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-style: inherit; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><u><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citapreviainem.es\/subsidio-liberados-de-prision\/\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">6. La renta agraria<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/strong><strong><u>.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: justify;\">Es un un subsidio espec\u00edfico para trabajadores eventuales agrarios en Andaluc\u00eda y Extremadura.<a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sepe.es\/contenido\/prestaciones\/pdf\/GuiaTrabajadoresEventualesREASS.pdf\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">(+informaci\u00f3n)<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otras ayudas que no son subsidios<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">La prestaci\u00f3n por desempleo<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><a style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.citapreviainem.es\/prestacion-por-desempleo\/\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">La prestaci\u00f3n contributiva ( el paro<\/span>)<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0se concede teniendo en cuenta los d\u00edas cotizados durante los \u00faltimos seis a\u00f1os, con 360 d\u00edas como m\u00ednimo.
